The Mackall Avenue home was build as a custom home in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in McLean, Virginia. This project had significant constraints as the existing home was situated in a flood plan and unable to be be demolished. The Principals of Merion Homes creatively designed a new home while keeping the existing rambler as the basement of the newly constructed nearly 10,000 square foot home. Merion Homes designed, permitted and constructed this home.
